Cold-chain guarantee

We deliver at 0–4 °C. If on receipt the temperature or packaging isn't right, flag it on the spot and we replace at no charge. You have 2 hours from delivery to report.

Satisfaction guarantee

If the product isn't what we promised, off flavor, wrong texture, description that doesn't match, we replace it or refund. No fine print.

How fast do you replace a defective product?

If reported within 2 hours of delivery, we replace same day or next business day, whichever comes first.

What if the flavor isn't what I expected?

If a cut doesn't match the flavor we promise, we replace or refund. We just need a photo and your description.

How do I know it arrived at the right temperature?

Packs include a visible indicator. If it's triggered, tell us on the spot and we replace.
